They were good to deal with but the package took 3 weeks to get here from literally less than 100km away. They booked the courier but no one seems to have turned up and they didn’t follow this up. It wasn’t until the item failed to arrive in time for Christmas as an intended gift that I contacted them and they resent the item. That was certainly a major failure on their behalf.
The product when it arrived yesterday was great. Just as advertised and how I hoped it would be.
