USPS lost this pair. Seller worked with me to try to identify where it was & whether it will come. Such a shame as I really wanted that color. It was disappointing to not get the shoes but the seller did try to help find them and did refund me once they determined this was not possible. I only took off a star bc at first, the seller did not respond for 5 days to 2 messages but once they did, they were responsive. I suggest checking messages more often.
