The power supply quit on my DVR. The cable company would not send me just the power supply, but a complete new DVR (I'd then lose all my recordings). Did a search and found the exact PS I needed. Seller confirmed what was pictured was indeed the part I would be receiving (had issues before with other vendors on not getting the pictured part). Part was shipped the next day and arrived two days later. Plugged it in to DVR and, voila, problem solved. Exact replacement at a fair price.
