This is a problem that doesnt have to do with sellers and buyers, its USPS that show their trackings as "DEIVERED" when its not. If you read closely the tracking, they mean they delivered to a "DELIVERY AGENT" who will then deliver to buyer 3-8 days later. In the meantime it creates all this confusion and claims to ebay.
