Seller excellent, but beware of product. Panel barely makes 12.8V unloaded in bright direct sunlight. Not really sufficient to float charge a 12V lead acid battery! When hooked up to battery via Sola controller, not enough supply volts to even charge at all, in fact, controller draws 12.7ma from battery continuously which will eventually flatten battery. IT'S A DUD!
