I live on a gated complex all he had to do was ring our unit number. We were in at the time of delivery yet he made no attempt to ring our unit, just left the parcel on top of a wall in the street where our post boxes are. There are two intercoms for our complex, one by front main gate other by postbox. I have included some photos for you. This has put me off ordering some more product from you.
