Hi there,
I received my binoculars in the middle of last week. The optics are excellent but unfortunately the eye cups are very hard, which makes it very difficult for me to fold them down and use the binoculars properly.
Bearing in mind that you are in the US and I can't post them back to you for you to receive them the next day, would it be possible for me to have some extra time to find out whether or not Nikon can replace these for me?

The tie is in new condition as described but did arrive a bit rumpled as the tie was rolled tightly and pushed into a small zip-lock bag before being wrapped in a plastic bag. I personally would not do that to a tie expected to arrive in new condition. The tie is for a gift and I believe I should be able to steam out the wrinkles - but feel I shouldn't have had to do that. The price was good and the shipping was quick.
