Though the seller's communication was really good and I was not concerned with the mix up, I'm still awaiting reimbursement for the additional shipping cost to return the incorrect item. Poorly packaged. Arrived broken. Wrapped a $175 dollar item in two layers of bubble wrap and calls that well packaged. I explicitly asked to pack with care as I been looking for this item for years. Has no idea what he’s dealing with. Got a partial refund for a damaged item. Definitely not satisfied. Avoid!

Again Apologies for the way the shipping carrier treated your model, only way that can happen is if it was thrown. No matter how I wrap it if it's thrown it can break. Im sorry. I lead you to how to file a claim with your shipping carrier you chose and also credited you $25 for your inconvenience. And yes I do have an idea of what I'm dealing with, another dealer who sells airplane models for more than he pays for them. And I'm a lady and a business owner who sells people's collections.
