I did not need to communicate with the seller, I put in a bid and it was accepted and the item sent. I had no issues with that. I did not provide a rating for "seller communication" for that reason. The description for this item stated normal shelf wear, but this item far exceeds normal shelf wear. There are tears in the box, and the top of the box appears to have been crushed. I likely would still have purchased it but I would have preferred a more accurate description of its condition.
