No!! I ordered Burberry Her .16 oz ( for
19.21 to test the smell before purchasing the 3.0 oz) and received Dolce Gabbana sample. I’m extremely disappointed to say the least! My experience was beyond Negative which wasn’t an option. I couldn’t wait the 7 days to leave negative feed back. This was extremely misleading and very much so a rip off!!

I am very sorry for the error. I offer free returns and would be more than happy to accept the Dolce & Gabbana back and send the Burberry Her instead. Please let me know ASAP as these are selling fast. Or you can return unopened bottle for full refund. Again, I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

I didn’t receive the complete item that I ordered. I ordered an eyeliner with mascara and just received the mascara and now seller is out of the eyeliner. On top of that the item was delivered late

I shipped this unopened item the SAME DAY buyer paid. Shipment was delayed by the post office. For hygienic reasons, I never open sealed beauty items, so I had no way of knowing there was a problem until buyer contacted me. (I sold out of this item; no one else was missing an eyeliner from the box.) I offered a choice of a replacement eyeliner from any brand in stock, free return for full refund, or a partial refund. I ship fast and, in rare case something goes wrong, I work to make it right.
