This was supposed to be a mirror, yet I could not see my reflection. I told the seller that I did not receive the product advertised. They responded with "Sorry, our product descriptions are the same". After having to request a full refund, they offered 50% compensation and would not budge until I opened a complaint. I have now received a full refund. I don't trust this buyer and their communication when dealing with issues. Highly unprofessional, and product clearly is not the same.
