I am very happy with the NT710, and now that I know more about these and trust this brand, I would be willing to pay the extra to buy the Bluetooth version NT809BT which has a dongle that connects to the vehicle VCI port so you can work cable-free. Excellent seller keen to support the buyer to ensure they get the most out of the product; highly recommended.

Easy to set up and use. It is connected via cable directly to the car, so there is no setting up of Bluetooth, dongles, or wifi if you don't need to. I downloaded Mercedes software for free and have already diagnosed 2 control module issues. Reports are easily emailed to yourself for further study. This unit is great value.

I had trouble reading fault code from SRS system, it was taking forever and I had to turn off.
I don’t know it was the device or software. I think it was software.
