It's good to have large letters/numbers and variable volume for we older ones. The battery backup from the handset to the base is useless for those on NBN as the phone is connected to the modem which won't work in a blackout. I found the limit of 120 names for the phone-book a bit light. It would be worse if the phone was used for business. Otherwise 10 out of 10 for everything else.

Works well and the sound is clear being a bit deaf i find it great.
Nothing wrong with this model phone just changed to the nbn and phone works well clear has a eq and this makes the sound better. Just wish the nbn was as good

Replaced an earlier KX-TGA661AZ that we had used for many years. The new model has additional features plus a third hadset.
Bing Lee did not seem to have the second line of the address that I had entered into eBay's webpage, thus the delivery was delayed by about one week as the unit was taken to Australia Post's depot in Artarmon for collection.

Nice phones, working well
Easy set up, some nice features (like the intercom) and seems like a well-made product. It interfered with my wireless modem when I first set it up, but I moved the modem and my computing devices (and TV) to 5GHz instead of 2.4 GHz and everything is fine now.

Easy to use and has normal practical features to make phones easy to use.
Easy to set up because of clear instructions and in a booklet - no looking it up on the internet. Sound was a big concern with other phones we have tried but we are impressed with the Panasonic and because of NBN I thought I may have to get the experts to set the phones up for us but I am gradually getting through the process and it has not been painful at all - big relief these days. It is a pleasure to use the phone the handsets . My husband took one downstairs to his workshop and thinks it is so good not having to come up to use the phone.
