Supposed to be a 300 and Samad carat ruby that’s earth mind when it came in the mail it was dirty so I went to go rinse it off and red dye started washing off. This is not a ruby. I don’t know what it is exactly but it’s not a ruby, it’s not what the description says. It’s not what you are selling it’s a phony.

Item received, not as described. Ct wt was higher, but point of buying, the translucency, was vastly different & nearly opaque compared to translucency of stone in photos in advertisement. Contacted seller. Seller was communacative, but not very helpful in resolving issue. Seller promised to be more honest in future in posting photos of actual item to be shipped, not some other stone vastly different than what is shown in photos. No refund issued.
