Shipping information got messed up, but seller fixed it right away with multiple apologies. Shipped in oversize box, properly and safely packed almost to the point of overkill. Locomotive looks, sounds, and runs flawlessly. My only complaint is that it won't pull all of my huge Army train. Looks like I may need to purchase another one to pull all of my heavy cars (cast metal Abrams tanks). Outstanding service from seller. Will buy another when I can. A+++ 5/5 Stars !!
