Don't order these paniers to a nearby shop or Click & Collect unless you are certain they handle large packages. If they refuse Parcelforce will not release them to you, either through re-delivery or collection. I had to order a 2nd pair in the end, but received an immediate refund. The seller was very helpful, but it did take a while to get through to them in the first place
