These turmeric tablets arrived on time. They are different to my others as these are 2 a day my others 1 a day. I have to say at my age I have bad knee joints. I think to a general degree turmeric eases things I did not expect a miracle as I had been on turmeric some years and my joints have got worse with wear. I always think the ones that cost a small fortune each month, that if they where that good they would be given out by NHS and help get folks back to work rest and play. Thank You.
