I paid for express shipping which was $5.95 which meant I could have the grinder before Christmas. Christmas passed and they told me apologetically that they mistakenly sent my package using standard post. While I understand it was an honest mistake and they refunded me the shipping costs, I would have easily paid $5.95 to have the grinder by Christmas as I would have needed it during that time.
I would buy from them again but as an honest review of my experience, I am really disappointed.
