The Cook and the Chef continue their second season of delicious cooking. As always, Maggie and Simon go out and find these and other summer specials and together in the Cook and the Chef kitchen, use them to produce totally different dishes. Maggie Beer is renowned for her commitment to the region in which she lives, the Barossa Valley, and for promoting good produce Australia wide. Simon Bryant is an Executive Chef who has a passion for using fresh local produce in his restaurant menus, reducing the food miles we eat.
