Rear view mirror arrived in a timely fashion and as described. Installation was a breeze but I noticed these small tabs (hard to see) broken on the back of my mirror when removing and the same tabs were broken on the one I received. Unfortunately the mirror wasn't usable since it kept falling down...I took a picture and contacted the seller. They didn't have a replacement but refunded the money. 5 star customer service.
