More than 125 million Americans suffer with chronic illness; more than half of those suffer from multiple chronic illnesses. In the coming years, those numbers are expected to rise to 157 and 87 million, respectively. I know those who suffer are struggling to find solutions and understand their chronic conditions. I know, because I am one of them. While wrestling with candidiasis, chronic fatigue, irritable bowel, and adrenal fatigue syndromes, I have discovered various puzzle pieces that have helped me.
