I had a good experience with this seller. I was disappointed upon receiving the necklaces as they had been described as "vintage" and they clearly were not. I've seen more and more of this on eBay lately, and it's very frustrating. When I complained and discussed this with the seller, a refund was issued immediately, and the seller was very pleasant about the situation. I hope buyers will ask questions before purchasing "vintage" items on eBay wish ebay would have a stricter policy about this.
