Seems there are two sizes for NEFF ovens and I had ordered the wrong one so my mistake but the supplier/ advertiser maybe could have made the size more visible or even shown two ( or maybe more) sizes. As I’ve already sent the item back via e bay’s free postage and money back system, and expect to be credited with the cost then I don’t wish to leave a neutral or negative response

I complained about about them not arriving, and shortly after I received a full refund on Paypal. The very next day the batteries arrived, so I messaged the vendor offering to make a payment. Clearly the £3.65 is not a huge impact on him, BUT I have mailed him a cheque for that amount as I don't want him to lose out because of a Royal Mail problem.
