It was a like for like replacement.
It looks like it’s been 3D printed so the plastic has a different texture, but if it’s a choice of £8 for this or £38 for a new set of headphones.
I’ll choose this.
You’ll need to unsolder and resolder the wires running around the head band though - very tricky.
Not the products fault, the numpties at Sony run the wires through the swivel connecting lug.

Fit for purpose, 3D printed wishbone which I managed to swap out in 20 mins or so. It's a little expensive for what it is but it's cheaper than throwing away/duck taping the headphones together. Postage could be a little faster, item could be a little cheaper but the end of the day there are no alternatives so I'm happy and recommend seller.

So regarding the seller. Brilliant as the original broke almost as soon as I took it out of the package. I immediately sent a message and a replacement was dispatched. Arrived within five days.
Great service no arguments.
I would suggest a bit more protection in transit.
As far as the product. Perfect solution to an expensive problem. A new device would cost over £50 so a fiver spent on this is well worth the try. Fitted the new part in seconds and plugged it in and it all works. Top job.
