Holly Hofmann returns with her husband and collaborator, Mike Wofford in a live recording made at the Athenaeum Library in La Jolla California. Recorded before a small invited audience, Holly and Mike weave their way through a program of originals and seldom heard standards. The arrangements are intricate and unusual and the performance is first rate throughout. This is Holly's first recording on alto flute and her first duo recording with Wofford. The recording was made with 2 Blueberry microphones with no effects or editing and truly makes you feel like you were there.
