Item was not "open box" Item was a used or refurbished. The mouse button on the throttle drifts and takes over your mouse on windows. For most users this would be broken and unusable. But for me I know how to disable it in windows but now it means I can not use the mouse on the throttle in game. Second the throttle was all gooey. The rubber had been completely destroyed either from being stored wrong or used and tried to be cleaned. I had to use goobegone to clean it off and make it usable.
