It fits so easily on the lower unit of the outboard motor and comes with all bolts needed to attach along with a drill bit sized to make the proper holes. In action, these hydrofoils help keep the motor from cavitating which can harm the motor if not stopped. The boat planes out much nicer and runs smoother. Great item! Thanks!
