    Spotty coverage of the minor sports

    Seems to have major coverage of their football team but decreasing coverage of MSU's other sports. I was trying to research their fencing team's results in the NCAA championships. While there was almost always a mention of the fencing team for each year, it was always the results of some unimportant dual meet, rarely their results in the Big 10 championships, and almost never any mention of their results in the NCAA championships or even the names of the fencers that were sent.
