From the date of ordering it took exactly a month for the card to arrive, and when I asked the seller when they planned on shipping the card out after 10 days they just quoted eBay's shipping policy to me. It took about 20 days for them to ship out which comes out to 15 "business days." Received a email a few days later saying that in order to guarantee delivery and receive a tracking number I would need to buy additional shipping to ensure I could track the shipment. I replied that the shipping was fine and if I would not get my item as ordered I’d post about it accordingly. Few days later received a notification with shipping and it arrived fairly quickly.
