Facts and not opinions. Buyer lives in secure building with NO EXTERNAL access to mailbox or intercom. Courier made THREE attempts to deliver, buyer did not respond to calls or emails. We replied 12 emails from the buyer, opened a case on his behalf, arranged redelivery attempts, organised emails and mobile phone calls, had service rep appointed to manage the case and he received his goods. If you live in a secure compound with no access and dont respond to messages dont blame the seller
