Gameplay: 8.0 Trying to discover new ways to mutilate baddies ends up being more of a driving force than the story of the protagonist’s past. Even so, it’s pretty satisfying even if it is brutally repulsive. Graphics: 7.0 The animations are fluid but the washed-out textures and aged graphical engine, Manhunt 2 could use a facelift. Sound: 9.5 The best bodily defacement sounds I’ve ever heard. Difficulty: Medium/Hard Some of the scenarios get tedious when groups of enemies bunch up, but if you’re careful and patient enough, you shouldn’t have too much trouble. Concept: 7.5 The story is a lot weaker than the first, but with more dismemberment and decapitation, it will satisfy even the sickest of your friends. Overall: 7.6 Manhunt 2 struggles to break new ground, but will satisfy your blood-thirst and offer some new challenges that will keep you entertained, satisfied and disgusted all at the same time.Read full review

The Video Review Watch this video Kevin VanOrd disembowels Manhunt 2 in this video review. Watch It Watch HD 520p The Good * Compelling stealth mechanics that require real skill * Execution moves serve as a grisly reward for a job well done * Gritty visual design sets just the right tone of anxiety and dread. The Bad * In most of the executions, you can't really see what's going on * Loose gunplay isn't as tight or as satisfying as the sneaking * The story isn't very scary or foreboding. A lot has been made about Manhunt 2's supposedly ultraviolent content. Like its predecessor, it depicts its share of grisly murders, gruesome decapitations, and a few swift kicks to the genitals for good measure. It's visually less grisly than the original Manhunt: The much-ballyhooed blurring added to the most extreme acts often makes it difficult to see exactly what bloodthirsty rages you're subjecting your victims to--particularly in the Wii version. However, don't take this to mean that Manhunt 2 doesn't deserve its M rating: There's plenty of gore, sex, and adult language to go around. There's also some solid stealthy gameplay to back up all the eviscerations. It's got its share of problems (we'll get to those later), and it's not quite as rewarding as the original, but there's a lot here into which patient gamers can sink their teeth. This isn't a series of random bloody tantrums--it's a calculated study in what drives a man to madness and to what extremes he will go to discover the truth.Read full review

This game was hard to get into the camera work on it needs a revamp to fix some of the issues in it but other then that it was a fun game to play very inventive using the wii remote and the story-line was good, graphics were lacking just a lil bit but the backround sounds were intense gameplay-7/10 graphics-6/10 audio 9/10
this game is really interactive with the wii remote , much faster pace and more forgiving than the original manhunt.

Game play is amazing. It is a real adrenaline pumper. The only thing that would have made it better would be if you could see the assasination sequences more clearly. When game goes into killing mode screen gets blurry and discolored to a point it is hard to see the sequence.
This game is fun but it doesn't have the immersive feel that you would expect from the Wii. I was suprised the console even offered this title, but after playing it i understand. The game does a cut scene during the actual killing and just goes into this scratchy murder looking thing. It does not give you that feeling like in the first where the execution could be viewed in quite vivid detail at the time. overall it will bring back some old memories but nothing to rave about. If you are looking for that stealth kill action you crave for the Wii I would recommend Prince of Persia: Rival swords.
I have not played the original game but I am aware of the plot of the first one. This game started off ok, but then turned into a nightmare. You do feel as if you are in a Psych ward while you are playing but you have no idea how to move around in the game. Honestly, I play a lot of video games and I could not get passed the first round. I got stuck somewhere in the game and I could not get myself out. I could not find a map or any sense of where to go next. This game is definitely not for kids. You can kill doctors with needles or sledge hammers which is pretty graphic. I will be selling this game soon! I will be on the lookout for the original game.
Good concept but execution. If you enjoyed the first manhunt, you should probably skip this installment. On the wii at least, the controls are stiff and sporadic, gunplay is awkward and unstable. The camera is stiff and doesnt offer any freedom. the pause button is also the 2 button, not a big deal, but not convenient either. Rent it if you must play it, dont bother buying; i doubt you will care to play through it a second time. I got to level 4 or 5 and i just couldnt stand the controls
The game works great!!
