    Starwheel Motor replacement

    Bought two units. First unit came without the instruction sheet or thumb drive with updated software (required). Second unit came without the thumb drive with updated software (pictured in ad). Be prepared to spend a lot of time on the HP website to find the correct update software, download it and install it.
