I brought this bag, however when it arrived, it was missing the strap that held the bag. Contact the seller, why is it shown with strap while he sold them and I received them without the strap? Never responded !
I do not recommend this seller , you will receive items it missing parts and at a lower value than you paid.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! I waited 20 days before they even bothered sending the product out to me. Worst product I've ever bought. The laptop bag I bought, is nothing like the photos they post. It's false advertising. They photoshop their products so it looks expensive and good quality, it's cheap, nasty, faulty and useless. I asked for a refund and they said to send them photos of the cheap product I ordered. Obviously they're avoiding giving me my money back!
