    I was under the impression that I was purchasing a new book, as the listing said that the book was unopened and was contained in shrink wrap. When the book arrived, portions of the cover were faded, mainly the spline. The pages were dull, faded and portions stained. Needless to say, there was no shrink wrap. The seller after multiple attempts to resolve the matter blamed Ai for the listing details.
