Though the item was described as being in excellent working condition, it did not work, and I had to return it. In my email correspondence with them, it was clear to me that this was an honest mistake on their part as they are not photographers themselves and took someone else's word for the item's condition. They answer email correspondence very promptly and the item was shipped out very quickly and was securely packaged. They refunded me quickly too.
