It is a well-made, even well-crafted, cake, with several complementary flavors in the cake, with a mellow cream cheese frosting. This is special work and well-worth the price. And the cake isn't a chincey-little-thing, either, but a big, robust cake. One warning: It needs to be put in your freezer for a few hours after arriving, so save some space for it. I'm diabetic but had no negative reactions.

We ate pieces of the cake almost immediately after taking it out of the freezer without problems. Another note: Two-day air does not mean delivery in two days after one orders; it takes some time to create such a masterpiece before it can be posted.
