It's used, but it looks brand new. This is my second one. The first one brand new from the mobility company cost almost a 1000 dollars. That was just for the JOYSTICK CONTROLLER not the SWING ARM. Great price. I'm a double below Knee amputee on Dialysis. So my Quantum Wheelchair is very important to me. The shipping was also fast. I was surprised to get it so soon.
