    Good title... should help to get people to read it since it implies that it will be easy to read.

    Great Book for Newbie-Bipolars

    This book is very informative, and with therapy can be a lifesaver. It helped me understand a lot of things I couldn't deal with before and gave me great items to discuss with my therapist and psychiatrist. This is a great book for anyone who has been recently diagnosed as Bipolar.
