    Better, More Accurate if you know how to Use....

    Received in Good Condition ..Recommended. Bulb style BP tests are more accurate due to several things like battery condition, wrist and arm position of the drug store wrist monitors...but you need someone to teach you how. Best used by a licensed caretaker.
