Not only had “outerwear” it had been opened, resealed and pre- owned with previous owners shipping label attached which was not disclosed.
Also, price correlated with other brand new unopened items on ebay.
This was purchased as a Christmas gift and was unpackaged for wrapping on Christmas Eve. Seller said it could be returned after being told it was a Christmas present to be opened the following day. See attached pics.

The Item was Brand new and in original box unopened. I described the outerwear and offered the buyer a full refund.. Their claim that previous owners shipping label was attached was false as well. The photos in the listing prove it.The Item shipped for free and was very expensive to ship. Full disclosure was given about any outerwear. There was nothing you could do for this buyer. I tried very hard to please them.
