This is one of the best refurbished phones I've ever had there's no scratches there's no burns in the screen this phone no scratches on the back everything works fine when I got it I initially put my SIM card in to start it and it kept telling me I needed an AT&T SIM and which confuse me because it was supposed to be an open phone however I got a hold of Sami and he immediately got back with me and let me know that I had to redo the phone restart the phone it worked thanks
