JOYO-Official may need to inform their carrier not to throw packages on the front garden especially in torrential rain. Looking at the carrier’s Q&A’s they’re meant to make two attempts for delivery and notify the customer to pick up if they can’t leave the package in a safe place. As I stated earlier the product is great from JOYO-Official 👍🏻
