After not receiving the pullover days after the expected delivery date I contacted the seller and shortly after received an updated date. I don't think it was shipped as stated. Took longer than is should have and no communication from seller.

I ordered and received a pair of shoes that didn't fit. I returned them using the label provided by the seller. I tracked the return package and confirmed that the seller received it. Five weeks later and numerous emails, I still have not gotten my refund or a response to my emails. The seller has a 100% positive rating, so I'm not sure what is going on here.
