This item was sent in very flimsy packaging resulting in breakage, they resent the item and despite being asked to ensure the packaging was appropriate, again it came in probably even flimsier packaging and of course, was broken.
This wand would have been great if it had been sent in a hard cardboard package, anyone would have realised sending it with no protection would result in it breaking. Not sure why they did this but it has put me off this seller completely.
