Store page states they send in 1 business day after purchase, but it took 3 days. No response to my message until they had sent the item. Used Team Global Express who are notoriously atrocious. Their tracking doesn’t update correctly and item was delivered a day late. The product is great, but came with an australian wall plug but no cable to actually charge the product. Would expect better for 1k purchase + $10 express delivery.
