    The seller didn t post the item, so the birthday was missed. Item now received. Over two weeks later. Seller seemed more concerned about negative feedback than customer service. Relentless messaging from seller. Abusive messages. Shouty block caps and messaging me through my listed items. An unpleasant experience.

    The buyer is a complete liar!!! They messaged stating item not received, i replied within one hour. I arranged a replacement and INCLUDED a free print for them also. The buyer IGNORED all messages after opening a case in a desperate attempt to get a refund along with FREE PRINTS. They only replied after i sent proof of the items being delivered. Feel free to check my other feedback from over 20 years of selling, i go out my way for anyone. The buyer is a complete disgrace to Ebay’s good name.
