I ordered item A. The seller tells me that the item A is not the right one for my car and send me item B for $30 more.
I received item B. 45 days later, I took the car to the shop to use the item. The shop opened the car only to realize that item B is the wrong one while item A would be the correct one.
I attempted to exchange the item, the seller is refusing to do anything.
I offered to pay a restocking fee.. nothing.
It is unfortunate that people don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

Hello. I received my (1) pair of glasses on Friday, March 1st. However, as you can plainly see by the add above, the order was for 3 pairs as pictured stating 3-pack. I received one gray pair of glasses. Obviously, there is a lack of communication on your part and Ebay as tp what your add should say.

Hi, this is a variation listing of mostly 3-packs. However, we had a few pairs sold separately as single units. The variation you selected clearly states "+2.50 1 Unit - Grey". We sent you 2 eBay messages before shipping the glasses to make sure you understood you were receiving 1 pair but got no response. We did what we could to be transparent with you. In the future, please read the variation you select more carefully & check your eBay messages in case an eBay seller needs to reach you.
