    it did look new but it was DOA. my old loud fan worked when plugged in but this one didn't. it was the correct part number as well. wasted time trying to make an offer w this seller for a week, never responded to any even within $5 of price. then ordered it and waited another 5+ days for it. now get the "joy" of waiting another 5-7 days for a refund. didn't even message the seller before opening return cause they don't bother with offers so no point.
