Item appears to be as described and "new", as stated. Excellent price ($24 less than on Amazon). However, I am taking 2 stars off for the item description as it was arrived without original Shimano box, raising questions, if it is the right item, is it new and undamaged and if it is an open box item. Regardless, this should have been stated that the item will be repackaged.
