Deception warning! Like so many EBay sellers they hide behind their excuses like "We ship at random" meaning that they substitute a cheaper product for the one pictured. Product delivered does not look like the picture they provide. Worse, one of the 4 batteries was completely defective and would not charge or power any tool. So far they have refused to send a return shipping label. They specialize in leaving their customers in limbo while stealing their money. AVOID!
